As long as you are feeling some sort of improvements in symptoms from your treatment then you are progressing as expected and you do not need to come in for this quick follow up check-up appointment.
However, if after about five days of the treatment you are feeling zero improvements or if it feels like it is all going back to square one within this period of 5 days of the treatment then please get in touch with me – send me a message. Or, you can go ahead and book this follow up check-up appointment directly. This sometimes occurs in perhaps 5% of people having their first treatment and it just means that one vertebra is not able to change and needs help. We just have to find which vertebra is being stubborn and help it along. It does not take long.
The fee for this is $50 and allow 30min for the appointment. It does not usually take that long, but just in case there is a little bit more work to do.
Sometimes symptoms return a few weeks after the treatment, usually not as bad as before. If that is the case then this means that the next protective pattern(s) has begun to express itself through your tissues and disrupting your biomechanics again. You need your next treatment – we need to find out what is the root cause, what is the whole body compensatory pattern, and resolve it.
